At FBCE we have open and closed small groups. Open groups meet in homes for the purpose of evangelism and fellowship. These groups may contain up to 20 people and study subjects which help one another begin to consider their own need to live authentic Christian lives. Closed small groups form for the purpose of discipleship and will have from 6-12 members who seek to intensely study the doctrines and practices which enable Christians to reach maturity in Christ. Both group types are designed to develop leaders who will soon be able to lead their own group. Small groups enable us to develop deep personal relationships which give us authentic Christian community.
Committing to a small group will be one of the best decisions you can make for the purpose of developing your spiritual self.
